Appledore Factory

Everything was perfect, we spent here 3 fabulous nights. Location of the apartment was peaceful and prime. Need to add that it was close to a fabulous Pizza Restaurant, and other pubs, restaurants and shops.

Altogether a good choice in an excellent and lovely setting. Amiable and excellent staff.

We stayed here for 3 nights, it was thoroughly enjoyable. It had an iron and ironing board, a work desk, and TV, we loved that.

The rooms at Appledore Factory were bright and incredibly comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating.- The bedroom offered good views of Appledore Bay and Instow.- The location provided quick access to Sylvesters, which was just 300 meters away.

Incredible location, magnificent view, excellent bedroom.

Staff was brilliant and fabulous. The room was comfy and there were an electric kettle, a microwave and a sofa bed. Got private bathroom with a bathtub. The view of river was magnificent. Kitchen was useful. Location was magnificent, 15 minutes' drive from Victoria Park.

Lovely location with estuary views, great for watching and enjoying the surroundings. the apartment is warm, comfortable, and well-designed with modern touches. the restaurant below offers takeaway service to the apartment, which is convenient.

A welcoming and relaxed experience with excellent attention to detail. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.

We had a brilliant stay for 5 nights. The hosts were lovely, the apartment was a perfect social space for the 4 of us and was very comfortable and clean. The Flame Factory was amazing. In fact the food was so good we ate there both nights. The apartment was also very quiet - you would not know you were above a restaurant. Highly recommend staying here - 5 stars!

The beds were very clean, had beautiful sea views, and the staff was extremely friendly and excellent in my opinion.

The location on the waterfront is fantastic, just a short walk to the Quay, the harbour front, and the center of the shorefront of Appledore. The staff is helpful and amicable, making for the best host ever. The rooms are fantastic, in good condition, with bright decor and views of the sea. Amenities such as a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerators are available, making the stay even more convenient.
